Money Tracker is a personal finance management application for Android. It is designed to give individuals and families complete visibility and control over their financial life — all from a single, offline-first mobile app that requires no account and stores everything privately on your device.

Why Does Money Tracker Use Google Drive?
Money Tracker is an offline-first app. Your financial data never leaves your device by default. We offer an optional Google Drive backup feature for users who want to protect against phone loss or switch devices.
- What we request: The
drive.appdatapermission scope only. - Why we need it: To store one backup file in a private, hidden App Data Folder inside your Google Drive — invisible to you in normal Drive view, inaccessible to any other app or person.
- What we do with it: We upload your backup directly from your device to your personal Google Drive. The file never passes through our servers.
- What we do NOT do: We do not read other Drive files, access Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service. We do not collect your Google account details externally.
- It is optional: Every feature works fully offline without a Google account.
- You are in control: Revoke access any time via Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access → Money Tracker → Remove Access.
